We will refund all the money paid to us as a prepayment, minus our reasonable expenses and commissions, if the payer informs us about this or sends us (to mihdern@gmail.com) an email with his desire to refuse our service and with a desire to return the money paid by him until the end of the first four hours of our training, in which he paid for participation.

If the payer made an advance payment, but was unable to attend the training or changed his mind about attending it, or declared a desire for a refund before the end of the first 4 hours of the training, that the training did not suit him for some reason, the entire amount prepaid by the payer, with the exception of any reasonable expenses or commissions incurred by us, will be to him returned within two weeks.

If the payer has declared a refund after completing the training, the funds will not be refunded. And the absence of such an application during the program after the first four hours means that the client was satisfied with everything in the service provided. All disputes not specified above are resolved through negotiations between the parties or in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
